friends — what a year. a little over 12 months ago we opened the doors on something Seattle hadn't quite seen before, and today we can say it with confidence: this is becoming the coffee spot for people who care deeply about specialty coffee, and the go-to for those of us in the industry who just need our place.

so, for the curious — what is this?

we're something different. you won't find drip, you won't find large sizes, and you won't find a mocha or cream and sugar here — and that's not an oversight. nothing on our menu is over 300g, because we believe this is about taste, not consumption. enjoyment, not nourishment. craft and curiosity, not survival.

here, coffee is an art form, and we treat it that way. come taste a colorful spectrum of flavors, aromatics, and acidities — coffees called into existence through the craft of extraordinary roasters we feature from around the world. if you've never had coffee like this, that first cup is for you. we'd love to walk you through it.
